  • The group will begin when at least 4 individuals are enrolled.

  • We will meet online for 60 minute weekly sessions.

What We'll Focus On:

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Creating and maintaining self-care routines

  • Organization and planning strategies

  • Time management and task breakdown

  • Managing overwhelm through mindfulness strategies and sensory regulation techniques

  • Self-Advocacy skills

Individual Therapy

Individual sessions focus on your unique goals — whether that's building executive functioning skills, managing sensory needs, improving daily routines, or developing greater independence in life, school, or work.

I offer individual occupational therapy sessions for people of all ages who want more personalized support.

Sessions are collaborative, and strengths-based.
Individual services may customized strategies, and more structured support than the group setting.
