The group will begin when at least 4 individuals are enrolled.
We will meet online for 60 minute weekly sessions.

Interpersonal Skills
Creating and maintaining self-care routines
Organization and planning strategies
Time management and task breakdown
Managing overwhelm through mindfulness strategies and sensory regulation techniques
Self-Advocacy skills
Individual Therapy
Individual sessions focus on your unique goals — whether that's building executive functioning skills, managing sensory needs, improving daily routines, or developing greater independence in life, school, or work.
I offer individual occupational therapy sessions for people of all ages who want more personalized support.
Sessions are collaborative, and strengths-based.
Individual services may customized strategies, and more structured support than the group setting.
